By using the website, you agree to these terms. A separate booking agreement is formed only when AMBAR confirms the appointment details. If a confirmed message conflicts with general website information, the confirmed booking details control for that appointment.

The website and all advertised adult massage services are intended only for people aged 18 or older. By entering, contacting AMBAR, or booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter the agreement.

Age confirmation stored by the website is a visitor declaration, not identity verification. AMBAR may request reasonable proof of age and refuse entry or service where age cannot be established.

Service descriptions, photos, therapist profiles, durations, extras, availability, and prices are general information and an invitation to enquire; they are not an automatic offer or guarantee. Images may illustrate atmosphere and may not show the exact therapist, room, or appointment.

AMBAR may correct errors and update website content. Changes do not alter an already confirmed booking unless AMBAR contacts you and you agree to the revised arrangement.

To request an appointment, provide the preferred date and time, service, duration, number of guests, and any relevant accessibility, health, allergy, comfort, or boundary information. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, financial credentials, or intimate detail.

A request is not confirmed until AMBAR expressly confirms the time, location, service, duration, therapist arrangement, price, and any requested extra. Therapist and extra availability may change before confirmation. You are responsible for checking that the confirmation matches your request.

The price and accepted payment method are confirmed before the appointment. Any deposit, prepayment, or additional charge must be communicated as part of the booking and accepted before it applies.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered before service begins, AMBAR will explain the correct price and you may accept the correction or cancel without receiving the service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Contact AMBAR as early as possible to cancel, reschedule, change the duration, or report lateness. Any deadline, deposit treatment, no-show charge, or rescheduling condition must be disclosed during booking and forms part of the agreement only when accepted.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time where extending the appointment would affect another guest or therapist. AMBAR may need to reschedule or cancel because of illness, safety, staff availability, or events outside reasonable control; where this happens, the team will offer a reasonable alternative or address any payment already made.

Every service is based on ongoing adult consent, respectful communication, hygiene, and agreed boundaries. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time by either the guest or therapist. The session will pause, adapt, or end when consent is withdrawn or a boundary is crossed.

Website language and extra descriptions do not guarantee a particular sexual act, physical response, or outcome. The service includes only the treatment and extras specifically confirmed in advance and accepted by the therapist. Unconfirmed requests do not become part of the appointment on arrival.

Guests must disclose information reasonably needed for safe massage, including relevant pain, injury, allergy, contagious condition, medication effect, or accessibility requirement. AMBAR is not a medical provider, and the services do not diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare.

Do not attend while intoxicated, impaired, contagious, or unable to give informed consent. AMBAR may refuse, adapt, pause, or end a session when reasonably necessary for health, hygiene, safety, consent, or staff wellbeing.

Guests must follow reasonable staff instructions and must not harass, threaten, coerce, discriminate against, record, photograph, touch outside agreed boundaries, damage property, or engage in illegal or unsafe conduct.

AMBAR may refuse entry or end an appointment for a material breach of these rules. Any payment consequence will be handled under the confirmed booking terms and applicable consumer law, taking account of the circumstances and any service already provided.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you choose WhatsApp, email, maps, or another third-party service, that provider also processes information under its own terms. Keep access to your device and booking messages secure.

Booking messages may be used as a written record of the agreed details. AMBAR will not treat a public social-media comment as a confirmed or confidential booking request.

Unless stated otherwise, the AMBAR name, site design, original text, logos, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site for personal use but may not copy, scrape, republish, impersonate, interfere with, or commercially exploit it without permission.

You must not attempt to bypass security, introduce malicious code, collect other visitors’ information, or use the website for unlawful activity.

AMBAR will provide confirmed services with reasonable care. Results and subjective experiences vary, and no specific physical or emotional result is promised. Guests remain responsible for truthful booking information and for following safety and aftercare guidance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused where the law does not permit limitation.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protections and the competent courts available to a consumer remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
