Do I need to choose the gel before I arrive?
No. You can ask for guidance on WhatsApp or decide in the room with your therapist.
What should I mention before booking Nuru massage?
Mention your preferred time, duration, therapist preference if any, and shower preference, comfort with gel, preferred intensity, and whether the session is solo or for two people. You can also share limits, pressure preference, language needs, or comfort concerns so AMBAR can confirm the right format.
How should I prepare for Nuru massage?

How Nuru differs from body-to-body and Tantra
